TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Booking and Payment:

• Booking: Upon booking you are required to pay half of your session fee to retain my services which is non-refundable. The remainder of the the session fee and image purchases occur at the end of the session. Images are subject to a $75 charge per image to license the image for personal use. That fee includes free professional retouching done to Crystal's specs should you desire to have the images finished by Crystal's retoucher. 

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

• Cancellation: You may cancel a session and reschedule, but all session fees are non-refundable.
• Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule a session without incurring any additional charges, provided the cancelation request is more than 24 hours prior to the originally scheduled appointment. Should the cancelation occur within the 24-hour window you are subject to a cancellation fee of 1/2 the retaining fee from your session to be charged at the time of rescheduling your appointment. 

3. Session Details:

• Duration: Our typical headshot session lasts anywhere from 45 minutes to 3 hours depending upon your needs and our brand sessions last anywhere from 1 hour to 8 hours depending upon our client's needs.
• Attire: Clients are responsible for their own attire and grooming unless hair/makeup services were opted into, which we highly recommend for women. We also can hire clothing stylists for those interested, so feel free to inquire. 

4. Deliverables:

• Delivery: The final purchased images will be delivered digitally to the client a week after the balance of the image purchase has been paid in full.

5. Usage Rights:

• Personal Use: Clients are granted unlimited personal use rights for the images, which include but are not limited to social media profiles, personal websites, and professional networking.
• Commercial Use: Any commercial use of the images requires prior written consent and may incur additional fees. (ie. usage on a book cover or print advertising for the sale of a product) 

6. Copyright:

• Ownership: Crystal Blake Photography retains copyright ownership of all images.

7. Liability:

• Limitation of Liability: While Crystal Blake Photography will take all reasonable steps to ensure the quality of the images, Crystal Blake Photography is not liable for any unforeseen circumstances or events that may affect the outcome of the session.

8. Miscellaneous:

• Force Majeure: Crystal Blake Photography is not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond their control.
• Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising under this agreement will be resolved through negotiation or mediation before pursuing legal action.

9. Agreement:

• Acceptance: By booking a session with Crystal Blake Photography, clients agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
